Terms & Conditions
Bamboo Stationery Designs reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Once an order is placed with Bamboo Stationery Designs, you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
There is no minimum order when ordering from out collections. There is a minimum order of £40 for our bespoke designs.
Designs are copyright of Bamboo Stationery Designs. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way. Designs that feature small parts and decorations are not suitable for children. Some of the designs are hand finished and as a result slight variations between each item may occur.
Colours may vary slightly between screen and printing.
Bamboo Stationery Designs use three types of card for our collections – 300gsm plain white card, 300gsm hammered card, 300gsm linen card. The prices shown on our website are for 300gsm plain white card only. Card samples are available free of charge. Higher densities of card are available upon request and for our bespoke designs.
Envelopes are included free of charge with all save the dates, invitations and RSVP cards. Samples are available free of charge. Upgrades to colour envelopes are available for a small fee and can be requested at the time of ordering.
Full payment in (£) pound sterling is required once you have confirmed your order. Accepted payment methods are PayPal or bank transfer. Payment details will be sent to you once you have placed your order.
Supply of Information
Please ensure that the information supplied for your wedding stationery is your final draft and accurate to minimise amendment and the need for reproofing. Only when your guest list is confirmed can Bamboo Stationery Designs make your seating plan and place cards. The information to complete these must be with Bamboo Stationery Designs at least 4 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for production. Sometimes guests may change their mind at the last minute and where possible we will help to alter the seating plan or place cards so long as the items are not in print.
Proofs are free and sent as a digital PDF via email using the wording and colour agreed in your order. You are responsible for checking the PDF proof for layout, colour (please refer to the colour section for more information), dates, spellings and grammar. For bespoke designs, we allow 3 rounds of changes, after this, changes will be charged at £10 per time.
Once your order has been confirmed, and full payment has been cleared, Bamboo Stationery Designs will contact you within 1 working day for all of your wording and requirements. Once we have received this information, a PDF proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to you. Once approved, your finished stationery will be printed and delivered. Please allow 2 days for printing and 7-10 days for delivery. Unfortunately these timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case; we will keep you updated on your order.
Postage & Packing
All orders are delivered Monday - Friday. Delivery is tracked using Royal Mail and will require a signature to provide proof of receipt. Please allow 7-10 days for postage. Bamboo Stationery Designs take extreme care in packing your stationery. In the unlikely event your parcel suffers damage; please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
We charge a standard delivery rate of £3.99; all parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Rush orders will be charged accordingly.
As your wedding stationery is personalised and tailored to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof cannot be refunded. If you decide to cancel your order once design work has started and proofs exchanged, a 50% refund will be issued. Once payment has been received, ribbon orders cannot be changed to a different colour or style, cancelled or refunded
